Training Penalties & Charges: Amadeus Training is free of charge unless otherwise specified. All rights reserved as per Amadeus Training Department policies.

NO Show Charges: A NO SHOW fee of 150.00 per absent person will be applied by default to Travel Agencies if registered attendees do not show up for their training session.

Cancellation Charges: Travel Agencies can cancel the attendance of registered participants up to 5 working days before the the Training Session. Failure to cancel registration in time will result in a fee of 100 Euros per cancellation to the Travel Agency.

Billing Procedures: The Training department will forward invoices to Travel Agencies with detailed information on the above-mentioned charges.
